What is two-track pricing?+
Arveo serves two audiences: businesses managing their own books (SMB track) and CPA/bookkeeping firms managing client books (CPA Firm track). Each track has its own pricing tiers optimized for that use case.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Onboarding is self-service for SMB plans. For CPA Firm plans, we include onboarding support.
Can I switch tiers anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any billing cycle. Annual subscribers save ~17% vs monthly.
What happens if a CPA firm exceeds their included clients?+
Overage clients are billed monthly at the per-client rate shown on each tier. You can also upgrade to a higher tier for more included clients at a lower per-client rate.
Do you offer a trial?+
